School Construction Project Liabilities and Protections

Holt Blvd., Ontario Do you know all of your liabilities, and your protections, as the owner, design professional, or contractor of a public school facility new construction or modernization project? Revised laws and regulations may have impacted what you think you know. This workshop will provide information from a wide spectrum of entities involved in the school construction process about the laws and regulations regarding each entity’s liabilities, responsibilities, and protections.
