Increase Local Revenue with Bonds and Parcel Taxes Workshop

billions of local dollars. C.A.S.H. is bringing you a workshop that will help you plan and successfully implement local
bond and parcel tax elections. The workshop will explain how opinion research can be used to determine voter thinking, attitudes, perceptions
and needs to help school districts and community colleges identify spending priorities, develop effective themes
and messages, and craft a 75-word ballot title and summary to maximize voter support on Election Day. Two case studies will illustrate how research methodology and approach help a district write a bond or tax resolution,
aid a district-funded outreach and education program, and ensure effective communication and messaging. The
presentation will also include research conducted for the following two districts that passed measures on the
November 4th ballot: 2.
