Preschools, public or private, have long been a part of the education community. But, do you really know what needs to be done to place a preschool on an existing public school site? Do you know what it takes to plan for preschool facilities in new schools? This webinar will provide the necessary information for districts to develop new facilities or augment the ones they already have. From licensing to leases, design to funding, webinar participants will hear from experts and their peers the best practices for facilities development. Topics include:

Continuing Education Credits:
This event is approved for 1.25 AIA continuing education credits. *Due to AIA requirements for proof of attendance, only registered attendees are eligible to receive credits.
WEBINAR SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- Equipment Requirements: In order to participate in the Webinar, you must have two (2) separate connections: one telephone line with a Touch-Tone™ or cellular telephone for the audio connection and a separate connection for Internet access.
- PC and Browser Requirements: MS Windows XP Home, Pentium 1 Ghz, 256 MB RAM, 1024x768 Screen Resolution, Internet connection: at least 56K modem, Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or higher; Firefox 1.0.6 or higher; (Does not work with AOL versions. AOL users will need to minimize AOL and open IE)
- Minimum Java Requirements: Sun Java 1.5. Internet Explorer Java permissions should beset no higher than “Medium.”
- General Settings Requirements: Perform this check: under IE Explorer-->Tools-->Temporary Internet Files--> Settings. “Check for new versions of stored pages” should be set to ‘Every visit to the page.”
