The 39th CASH Annual Conference on School Facilities will highlight the opportunities and challenges for school districts and their private sector partners presented by the implementation of Proposition 51. The Conference will include presentations on when state bonds will be sold and when funding for projects will be available, as well as on changes to the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) School Facility Program (SFP) project processing, including the Upfront Grant Agreement and new Local Audit Requirements.

School facility projects continue to face increasing state and local requirements that challenge districts to plan and complete school facility projects on time and under budget. Under the leadership of Julie Arthur, Chair of the CASH Annual Conference Planning Committee, this year’s conference program will include presentations on hot topic issues such as appropriate delivery methods for your project, ensuring you have a skilled workforce, managing price escalation, conserving and managing key natural resources such as energy and water, and managing your school maintenance program under the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) “Good Repair” standard.Attend this conference to learn first-hand how to take advantage of the approval of the Proposition 51 state school bond and local bonds, and how they can help you support your school building program.

As always, the Conference program will also include a broad range of school facility emerging issues and industry best practices. The Conference provides attendees with multiple opportunities to share information with your peers and network with key state agency representatives, legislative staff, and other key policy makers.

Cancellations must be written and faxed to (916) 448-7495 or mailed to CASH Annual Conference Cancellations, 1303 J Street, Suite 520, Sacramento, CA 95814. You may also email your cancellation to Samantha Priddy. CASH must assess a cancellation fee to cover the cost involved with cancellations. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 26, 2018, or for no-shows, due to guarantees and prepayments that CASH makes to its vendors and suppliers.

Booth Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for confirmed booths must be received in writing. You may email your cancellation notice to mdemaster@m-w-h.com or on company letterhead via postal mail to CASH at 1303 J Street, Suite 520,Sacramento, CA 95814. No refunds will be issued after booth assignments are confirmed. Full refunds are available (less $750 administrative fee) if the booth is resold prior to October 22, 2017. No refunds will be made after October 23, 2017.
