Atascadero Unified School District Statements of Qualifications from Architectural Firms The Atascadero Unified School District requests Statements of Qualifications from architectural firms to design the Agriculture Mechanics, Diesel Repair Student Facility, a Career Technical Education Facilities Program project. The project includes site development and a 4,000 sq ft classroom consisting of instruction and subject relevant shop/lab areas.

Banning Unified School District Statement of Qualifications for Construction Management Services The Banning Unified School District is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from firms for construction management services. Projects consist of the construction of one new classroom building at Banning High School, construction of various athletic facilties at Banning High School, and one new elementary school. Submitting firms must have a minimum of five years experience performing construction management of California public schools using the multiple prime contractor delivery method.

Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) and Proposals (“RFP”) for

Architectural, Construction, and

Project Management Services

The Merced City School District (“District”) Facilities Services Department is seeking proposals from Architectural, Construction, and Project Management firms determined to be qualified to provide modernization and new construction project assistance at existing sites in the District (see Section A).  Projects and services will consist of but are not limited to new and existing school facility design, engineering, construction, project management, master planning, public relations and community outreach, State agency/program (i.e. OPSC, CDE) coordination, modernization/renovation, repair/replacement, modular/portable classrooms, and other projects.
