With the effective date of the 2008 California Energy Code, changes have been made to form DSA-403 (PDF - 442 KB), now titled the "2008 Energy Code Compliance Checklist." The new form is to be used for all projects submitted to DSA for review and approval. ~C.A.S.H. Staff
