If you disagree with any of the terms of used below, do not use this site. This site is maintained as a service to members of California’s Coalition for Adequate School Housing (C.A.S.H.). Please feel free to browse the Site, however, your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
The information and materials on this Site are necessarily general, and their application to a particular set of facts and circumstances may vary.
C.A.S.H. believes that its use of any image or material used on the Site which was acquired from another source is in conformity with all applicable copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. However, C.A.S.H. will remove any such image or material if requested or directed to do so by someone appropriately authorized.
You may download any image or material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use only if you also retain any copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the material or accompanying the image.
